Terms of service.

You are welcome to browse the site and share links to it. Please do not copy, scrape or republish its text, images or video without our written permission, or use the site in a way that breaks the law or interferes with it working.

The text, images, video and design on this site belong to Get a Grip or to the clients and partners who let us show their work. Brand names and logos belong to their owners.

Case studies and figures on this site describe work we have already done. They are not a promise of future results. Any engagement with us is governed by the agreement we sign together, not by these terms.

Get a Grip texts business contacts who have opted in, about calls they booked with us and the work we are discussing: confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and follow-ups on proposals they asked for. We do not send marketing blasts.

• How you opt in. By checking the text message consent box on our booking page, or by telling us directly that we may text you.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies with your conversation with us.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will get one message confirming it, and no more after that. CANCEL, END, QUIT and UNSUBSCRIBE also work.
• Help. Reply HELP, or email reid@getagrip.agency.
• No purchase required. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of booking a call or buying anything from us.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We never share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties for marketing. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.

The site links to tools we do not run, such as our booking page and Instagram. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

To the extent the law allows, this site and our text messages are provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

To the extent the law allows, Get a Grip is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our text messages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
