The Challenge
PARTNYC built a six-figure immersive installation for Art Basel — AI-generated art, emotion-sensing wearables, live performances from 20+ artists across seven nights at The Ritz-Carlton South Beach. The build was world-class. What it needed was an operating layer that could move 250 of the right people through the room each night without breaking the experience.
What We Did
We handled guest curation, table assembly, run-of-show, and floor management — seven nights straight. Each night was assembled around the kind of guest list that produces organic press, creator coverage, and the right photos in the right places the next morning.

The Strategy
